The 400 Blows

What I really was interested in The 400 blows was the realism that was presented in the film. Many of the shots had real life architecture with the Eiffel Tower and other French buildings and streets. But even the story line was very realistic with Antonie. It was just a simple plot about a kid life who just seems to be bad kid. But after a while the pieces come together and you can see why he does the things he does. The plot is basic enough where everyone can understand the story. At the same time that’s why the movie is so relatable. Many people viewing the movie at its time of release may have had to go through the same hardships and struggles that Antonie had to go through. Even people now can still relate to him. Also it shows how a kid interprets life and being an adult. Even in his actions of being a kid doing bad things you can still have sympathy for him because of his hard life at home and school.
